Facebook/Meta: When you connect your Facebook account, we receive your Facebook user ID, ad account information, page information, and access tokens to manage campaigns on your behalf
Authentication Providers: Basic profile information from authentication services (Clerk)
Spotify for Artists (via Chrome Extension): Audience statistics including listener counts, gender distribution, age brackets, and geographic data. This data is captured from screenshots you approve — we do not access your Spotify account directly

We store access tokens securely to maintain your connection
We do not access your personal Facebook posts, messages, or friend lists
You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time from the Settings page

8. Chrome Extension & Spotify for Artists Data

PromoTrack offers a Chrome extension that captures screenshots of your Spotify for Artists dashboard to extract audience statistics. Here is how we handle this data:

Screenshots are captured only when you click “Capture” and explicitly approve the preview before submission
Screenshots are processed by AI (Google Gemini Vision) to extract statistics such as listener counts, gender distribution, age brackets, and geographic data
Captured screenshots and extracted data are stored securely in your PromoTrack account
This data is used solely to improve campaign targeting recommendations and is never shared with third parties
You can delete all captured Spotify data at any time using the “Reset All Data” button on the Spotify Stats dashboard
The extension authenticates via a token generated on PromoTrack — we never access your Spotify account credentials

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

PromoTrack is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
