Refund Policy

Overview

PromoTrack operates as a subscription-based service. This policy outlines our refund terms for monthly and yearly subscription plans, as well as campaign-related billing considerations.

Monthly Subscriptions

For users on monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation stops future billing only; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once it has begun
  • Once a campaign starts, all Pro features tied to that campaign stop immediately upon cancellation

Yearly Subscriptions

For users on yearly (annual) subscription plans:

  • Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • No partial or full refunds apply once the yearly plan has started
  • You continue to have access to all features until your subscription period ends

Exception: Refunds for yearly subscriptions may be considered only if PromoTrack decides to do so at its sole discretion. Such exceptions are rare and typically only granted in cases of documented technical issues that prevent service usage.

Campaign Initialization

When you start a campaign on PromoTrack:

  • The system allocates resources and activates Pro features automatically
  • AI-powered campaign generation and optimization services are initiated
  • Creative assets and targeting configurations are processed
  • Because of these resource allocations, refunds are not available after campaign initialization

Important: If you have questions about billing or are considering cancellation, we strongly recommend contacting our support team before starting a new campaign. This allows us to address any concerns and help you make an informed decision.

Facebook/Meta Advertising Costs

Please note that advertising costs charged by Facebook/Meta are separate from your PromoTrack subscription:

  • Facebook ad spend is billed directly by Meta to your connected ad account
  • PromoTrack does not control or process Facebook advertising payments
  • Refunds for Facebook ad spend must be requested directly from Meta
  • PromoTrack cannot issue refunds for Facebook advertising costs

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your PromoTrack dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  3. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Free Trial Period

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. Once your trial converts to a paid subscription, the refund policy above applies.

PromoTrack reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
