Data Deletion Instructions

At PromoTrack, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your data from our platform and revoke access to connected services.
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings:
- 1Log in to your PromoTrack account at promotrack.me/sign-in
- 2Navigate to Settings from the dashboard sidebar
- 3Click on "Disconnect Facebook" to revoke Facebook access (if connected)
- 4Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
- 5Click "Delete My Account" and confirm the deletion
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, you can request data deletion by email:
Send an email to:
privacy@promotrack.me
Include the following information:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Your full name
- Confirmation that you want all your data deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send you confirmation once complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account Information
- • Email address and profile
- • Account preferences
- • Authentication data
Creative Assets
- • Uploaded videos and images
- • Thumbnails
- • Asset metadata
Campaign Data
- • Campaign requests
- • Campaign configurations
- • Targeting settings
Facebook Connection
- • Access tokens
- • Connected accounts info
- • Page permissions
Important Notes
- •Facebook Ads: Campaigns already published to Facebook will remain in your Facebook Ads Manager. You must delete them directly in Facebook if desired.
- •Billing Records: We may retain minimal transaction records for legal and accounting purposes as required by law.
- •Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you need before deleting.
- •Processing Time: Data deletion may take up to 30 days to complete across all systems and backups.
Revoke Facebook Access Only
If you want to disconnect Facebook without deleting your PromoTrack account:
From PromoTrack:
- Go to Settings → Facebook Connection
- Click "Disconnect Facebook"
From Facebook directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find "PromoTrack" in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke all access
